Can I make my own design on CaseMyWay products? If so, how?
Of course, Yes! You can customize any of our products with your very own photo or any artwork.
It’s very easy to customize products in our 3D configurator, in order to customize, simply follow the below steps:
- Visit to Customize My Case
- Upload an image of your choice
- Play around with the image on the 3D customizer
- Once done, proceed to checkout, pay through our secure SSL environment.
- Receive an order confirmation email
- Wait for the products to arrive!

What are the file requirements for uploading my own art or photo?
Our 3D customizer can accept different file formats:
JPG/JPEG
PNG
BMP
TIFFAll images must be less than 10MB and a higher resolution image is always preferred – we recommend at-least above 200 DPI.
Below are the minimum file sizes which we would recommend for various smartphone models:
iPhone 3GS : 1500 x 1000 pixels iPhone 4S : 1100 x 1500 pixels Samsung S2 : 1100 x 1600 pixels Samsung S3 : 1200 x 1900 pixels Samsung Note : 2100 x 1300 pixels HTC One X : 1200 x 1700 pixels Blackberry 9900 : 1200 x 1500 pixels iPad 2/ New iPad (3) : 2500 x 3000 pixels If you are still having problems, contact us, let us know what the issue seems to be, and we will try to help you out.

Is it necessary to have an account on the website to place an order?
No, it is not. You can simply proceed with a guest checkout.

I entered wrong info at the time of sign-up, can I edit?
Sure – you can. We’re humans, mistakes do happen. You can sign in to the account, proceed to My Profile, click on edit and you can change whatever you’d like to. If you find any problems during the process, don’t worry, we’re here to help you out, just write to us at hello@casemyway.com with the changes you require and will do the necessary amends for you.

I have seen such sticker before, what's so special about it?
NO, NO!! It’s not a sticker – not at all.
At CaseMyWay we have painstakingly engineered an innovative and powerful bespoke print technology; Micron Transmat Thermal Technology or MT³ for short.
MT³ combines several leading edge print processes to graft your design permanently onto the entire surface area of your case. This gives peerless print quality and a brilliant, lasting finish.
Why is MT³ so smokin’?

- 3D printing capability covers the entire case with your artwork
- Micron μ Level Printing gives an extraordinary level of detail
- It also provides incomparable high resolution and rich print quality

Will my case look exactly like what I see on my screen?
In a nutshell – yes and no!
As the print is embedded deep into the case to achieve highest quality, this may result slight position variance of your design, up to 2mm. As colors vary from monitor to monitor. The color that you see on your printed case will be very close to what you see on screen.

Can I dock your case?
Absolutely – yes.
We know how it feels if you need to remove your case each time you dock – we have done extensive testing and are confident that all our cases can be docked.
Orders and Shipping

How can I pay for my order?
During checking out, you can pay with various payment methods, you can either use your Visa, Master Card or American Express or you can pay by PayPal.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you don’t need to worry, you can still pay through PayPal and can use your credit card to process the transaction.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do accept PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay through your Visa, Master or AMEX credit card without having an account at www.paypal.com.

When will my order ship?
We very well understand how desperate one is to receive their orders. In most cases, we ship the product in 2-3 business days after we have received your order.
Now its up to you to decide how soon you need the product, we do offer two types of shipping:
- DHL Express : f you have selected express as a shipping method, your order will shipped via DHL Expresswith a transit time of 2 to 3 business days. This service comes with a tracking number which can be tracked on www.dhl.com.
- Registered AirMail : If you have selected Registered AirMail as a shipping method, your order will be shipped via Registered AirMail with a transit time of 7 to 10 business days. The service comes with a tracking number but with limited tracking capabilities (it may not be traceable in some countries).
Depending on the shipping method you selected, we will process and ship your custom case within 2 to 3 business days. The iPad 2/new iPad cases can take up to to 5 business days to ship.
If the above time has lapsed and you still have not received the product, don’t worry, we’re here to help you out, just write to us at hello@casemyway.com with your order number and will get back to you with the detailed status of your order.

How can I check my order status?
Please check the order confirmation email which you have received at the time of placing the order, click on the link to view your current order status. Alternatively, send us message on Live Chat or email us at hello@casemyway.com.

When will my credit card be charged after I place an order?
Your card is charged when you click Buy Now / Place your order.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer two options of shipping:
DHL Express: If you have selected express as a shipping method, your order will shipped via DHL Express with a transit time of 2 to 3 business days. This service comes with a tracking number which can be tracked on www.dhl.com. It cost $15.95 for North America, Europe, Asia and Australia and $19.95 for Africa & South America.
Registered AirMail: If you have selected Registered AirMail as a shipping method, your order will be shipped via Registered AirMail with a transit time of 7 to 10 business days. The service comes with a tracking number but with limited tracking capabilities (it may not be traceable in some countries). There is a flat shipping charge of $10.95 worldwide, however, we do run promotions with Free Shipping, do check out our Facebook page for updates.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship to all countries worldwide, except Antarctica! We can ship via DHL Express with a transit time of 2 to 3 business days in most of the locations worldwide or Registered AirMail with transit time of 7 to 10 business days.
You will receive a DHL tracking number if shipped via DHL Express, which can be tracked on www.dhl.com. The Registered AirMail service comes with a tracking number but with limited tracking capabilities (it may not be traceable in some countries).
All International packages are subject to taxes, customs fees and duties. You will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees and duties that may incur.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, but you must select Registered AirMail as your shipping method at the time of checkout.

How do I track my packages?
After your product is shipped, will send you an email notification along with the tracking number DHL tracking number (if shipped via DHL Express), which can be tracked on www.dhl.com.

I ordered my CaseMyWay product and it should have arrived by now, but it hasn't. What do I do?
Relax, don’t worry! We recommend tracking on www.dhl.com if you have selected Express shipping or track with your local postal mail service website.
if not just write to us at hello@casemyway.com with your order number and will get back to you with the detailed status of your order and will make sure that it gets delivered to you asap!

What company name will appear on my credit card statement?
"SB eCommerce Solutions Pvt Ltd / CaseMyWay" will be the company name on your credit or PayPal statement.

Is it secure to buy something through the CaseMyWay website?
Yes, it is 100% secure. When you complete your order on our site, you'll notice the lock icon in the address bar, and you'll also notice the http become https. The "s" and the lock means you're on a secure server and your purchase is safe.

How do I view my order history?
Sign in to your Account and click on the "Order History" link to review your previous orders.
Returns

What's your return policy?
We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@casemyway.com within 30 days of your order receipt to explain why you are not happy with your case.
Once we have confirmed we are able to accept your return, and process a replacement case (exact same image and same case).
Please do not send a returned case to CaseMyWay without contacting us.After 30 days, CaseMyWay cannot accept returns.
Each case ordered from CaseMyWay is printed on-demand and especially for you. For this reason we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- You want a different image on your case
- You have decided you want a different type of case
- Returns may only be exchanged for replacements of the exact same case with the exact same image
Non-printed products can be returned for store credit of purchase price (shipping not refundable).
Privacy
